Dr. Rodolfo A. Castillo is an accomplished healthcare executive with over 15 years of leadership experience, specializing in the transformation and integration of healthcare services to meet evolving industry demands. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Flex Medical Group, he leads operations for Oklahoma's first fully independent holistic limb treatment center, emphasizing strategic positioning for long-term success.

Previously, Rodolfo held key roles such as Chief Executive Officer of Elite Pain & Health, where he directed operations for a leading interventional spine and joint practice, and CEO of Valir Health, overseeing multiple healthcare divisions and enhancing operational efficiencies. His experience also includes directing Oklahoma City’s only PACE program and serving as Chief Medical Officer at Yeaman and Associates, where he implemented clinical strategies across six states.
